Shipping Policy

1. Business Location & Shipping Destination

We are based in South Africa and sell online to customers in Malawi. All orders are shipped from South Africa to Malawi for customer collection.

2. Shipping Schedule

To ensure efficient and cost-effective operations, we ship orders on a scheduled basis:

  • Orders are shipped during the second and fourth week of each month

  • Orders placed outside these periods will be shipped in the next scheduled shipping window

  • As order volumes increase, shipping frequency may be increased at our discretion

This approach allows us to consolidate shipments and maintain reliable service. We do not ship single or very small volumes outside the scheduled periods.

3. Shipping Timelines

Shipping timelines may vary depending on:

  • Order volume

  • Cross-border logistics

  • Customs clearance processes

All delivery timelines provided are estimates, not guarantees. Customers will be notified once their order has been dispatched and when it is ready for collection.

4. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate contact details

  • Understanding the shipping schedule before ordering

  • Collecting their order once notified

Delays caused by incorrect information or failure to collect are not the responsibility of the business.

Return & Exchange Policy

We encourage customers to review product descriptions carefully before placing an order.

1. Items Eligible for Returns or Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted ONLY for:

  • Clothing

  • Shoes

❌ No returns or exchanges are accepted for:

  • Fragrances

  • Tech products

  • Home appliances

  • Gadgets

  • Accessories

  • Any personal-use or hygiene-sensitive items. All non-clothing items are final sale.

2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The customer must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item

  • Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • The customer must ship the item back at their own expense. Any item that does not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Responsibility
  • All return shipping arrangements and costs are the customer’s responsibility

  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping

  • Customers are strongly advised to use a trackable shipping method

4. Exchanges
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

  • If an exchange is approved, all additional shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer

5. Size Selection Responsibility (Important)

Customers are fully responsible for selecting the correct size when ordering clothing or shoes.

  • Size guides and product details are provided to assist customers

  • Returns due to incorrect size selection are accepted only if all return conditions are met

  • Final judgement regarding size selection rests entirely with the customer

6. Right to Refuse Returns

We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not comply with this policy.
